This is the email I sent them after they "cleaned" my house. The reply I got was a short email saying "sorry we can't please you good bye". Not that I would even let them in my home again - I spoke with you this morning asking if Veronica could please call me. It was regarding your service done on my home last Tuesday. After looking over everything and also speaking to my sister and friends, I think it is only fair that I' am honest with you. Off the top of my head these are a few of things things I was surprised to see from a service of your nature. 1) The bottom sheet (Damasked striped) in the master bedroom was on sides ways. It's VERY clear they go vertically. I had to remake my bed that evening. The guest bedroom top sheet was inside out, they didn't dust the master bathroom side sconces that are very low. the changing table was not dusted per Veronica saying it would be, The refrigerator was not wiped out per Veronica, When the cleaning crew arrived I asked that they DO NOT sweep the dirt from the hard floor onto the carpet and then vacuum it and they did - that's just flat out gross and I have let others go because of this. They didn't replace the kitchen trash bag which are located right next to the trash can under the sink they only dusted hale of the top of the entertainment center. All together things were done in a very rushed manner. The agreement was 2 hours of cleaning and they were out in less than 1 hour. My house is pretty clean for the most part, newly remodeled and I have VERY few nick nacks to clean around, Ask Veronica who has been to my home. I could see if my home was a pig sty and I had crap everywhere, but I don't, matter of fact I spent all morning putting things away, picking up toys, washing all the sheets so it would be an organized cleaning for them. I really felt you were not looking to gain a new customer with this level of care taken cleaning my home. I'm very disappointed and was hoping Vero's would be different and set them selves apart from other cleaning services, at the very least do a decent job. This was a waste and a total scam. DON'T use them. I'll be continuing to use my original cleaner who does a pretty good job. the only reason I was willing to change was they said they were going to do all these extras each time and they NEVER did.

I purchased 3 groupons-1 to use & 2 I gave as gifts. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! The groupons were supposed to be used by November 7,2010. When I called to schedule the cleaning in July, 2010, I was told, as one of the persons to whom I had given the gift, that they were OVERBOOKED UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR?!? Really??? So the company completely oversold groupons despite and told both me and my mother-in-law to hold onto the groupon for 6 months, then call back in January, 2011. When I called back, I left several messages and never received a call back. My mother-in-law was able to talk with someone at the company, only to have them NOT SHOW UP for the scheduled "walk thru" inspection, before they scheduled a date for the cleaning. I doubt the 2nd person to whom I gave the other groupon has had any different experience but I haven't checked with that person yet. I am not sure why the company offered the groupon because it was just a fraud. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
