    I'm so disappointed at their job, no attention to detail. Also bad customer service. As long as they took care of my clothes well, I was ok with such poorly customer oriented attitude. But no more. I found my cashmere knit got damaged, decoration pearls were off and they said it naturally came off and can't be helped. what, excuse me? If it may happen, why can't they let me know that? I feel foolish that I assumed they were professional who could take care of their business. I can't believe how they are irresponsible.

    wonderful!: always friendly and my clothes come back looking flawless! I've been in a bind a few times and they have had my pickups the next day (or same day if early enough!) Real Pros!
