    The service dept is rude as well as the individuals who answer the phones. Their fee's are much higher than any local service centers. I would stay clear of this place. They act as if their better than you and your questions are a bother and it's an inconvenience to work on your car.
    I would rate them a 3 out of 10.

    Best service department I've seen in years! Bought my Dodge truck there two years ago and got a great deal. Wouldn't go any where else.
