| About: | Our Brewery was built in 1988 as Willet's Brewing Co. owned by the Great Grandson of Theodore Hamm of Hamm's Brewery in Minneapolis/St. Paul. Today's Brew Master, Colin Kaminski, has developed a reputation for quality, tradition and taste. We offer six special recipes year round and always an addition or two to celebrate the season. A tour of our brew House is always available. Our menu features traditional American dishes, combined with the freshness of California, cooked with the flair that is true Napa Valley. Bernabe Leon and Gaspar Montoya have been a part of the creative kitchen team at Downtown Joe's since its inception in 1994. For the past ten years they have continuously adjusted menu and recipes to meet the changing tastes of our region. Today's menu features many low carb selections. Unpretentious, friendly and fun. We had dinner a few weeks ago and found it to be very good so went again last night it was great! Our waitress Linda was fantatic, food as good as most higher priced places in Napa. Everyone was helpful, prompt and friendly (no attitudes here). We will be back again soon. Lucky that we live here!
