never on time: I think they did everything they could to help me, the only thing I didn't like was that they were never on time. Like today nobody told me that somebody else was going to give me the key, I was waiting for the phone call of my realtor and she never called me, until now that I called her office they are telling me that someone else is going to give me the key. If I hadn't call I wouldn't know about this and I would have to wait another day.
