User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThe worst dealership you can imagine.: We were on a waiting list for a Prius and the Sales Department manager placed several names ahead of us on the list and then lied about it. After a long eight months on the waiting list we bought a Prius. (very nice car) Now it's been a year and we found the Service Department has been charging 20% more than other dealerships and doing unnecessary service. Dishonest management here, avoid this place entirely and you'll be much better off.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsService is terrible: I took my car in last week for a weird noise, they replaced something & said it was fixed, but when I got in my car to drive home, the same noise was still there & a new noise came with the repair. Would not recommend them!
