    I took my young pup there to have her nails cut. The woman seemed nice and was sweet to my "Baby". I stepped outside while she had her nails cut because Baby was scared and crying. I looked through the window and saw this woman shaking and hitting my Baby! I was absolutely horrified!!! I volunteer at the animal shelter and have never seen this kind of behavior with professionals-which this woman obviously is not.

    After reading the other reviews on here I decided to take my toy poodle to Deanna. She did an excellent job and gave him the exact cut I wanted. I will definitely be bringing him to her on a regular basis from now on.

    I was a VERY nervous new puppy owner. I had no idea how the whole grooming procedure worked. When Deanna told me I had to drop off my precious little Maltese and come back in 2 hours, I was very apprehensive. I started to feel at ease after I saw how sweet, gentle, and loving she was with my puppy. She even called me a couple of times just to let me know how it was going. So professional! When I picked up my "BABY" she was groomed BEAUTIFULLY, smelled heavenly, and had a darling little pink bow in her hair. Deanna even gave my puppy a little stuffed toy to take home. She is so FANTASTIC! I will never take my little Maltese to anyone else!
