we went to Dublin Toyota to compare the Hybrid Camry with the other cars that we had seen. We were greeted by a salesperson named "Shahram" and he took us directly to the vehicle(s). My perception of the car salespeople was that they are fast talkers and just out to get your money. Let me tell you, This guys knows his cars. Every question was answered with the proper information and in a respectfull manner. This guy is out to sell cars the right way! At the other dealerships, we were pushed to buy RIGHT NOW! With this person, He insisted on making sure that this was the right car and asked many questions about our needs. He then offered to show us all the vehicles that could do the job. Wow! Great service and this person's ability to answer ALL my questions was refreshing and most welcome. We ended up buying the Toyota Venza and thanks to Shahram, it was the right car and cost the same as our intended vehicle. Nice job!
Bad service experience with them. When I did the 30K maintenance service for my Sienna there, they told me that my van's rear brake rotors needed to be replaced. I trusted their judgment and asked them to do it, which cost me about $450. But when I did my 35K maintenance with another Toyota dealer who did my 10K-25K maintenance, they told me that they had the record indicated I did not need to repair anything on the rear brake. Even the brake service were needed, they would only do a machining on the surface of the rotors(only cost less than $100) and it was not necessary to replace the rotors. I learned and won't come back to Dublin Toyota any more.
I took my Sienna to Dublin Toyota on 6/21/08 for service and had a BAD experience. The service advisor was very very rude. The problems weren't fixed either. Worst part was that they didn't even try to fix it. When I complained to the Service Manager about the rude behavior, he took his employee's side. I was so unhappy that I was going to report the incident to Toyota. And I told him that. That's when he offered to waive the charges. Although, it still doesn't justify their rude attitude, I will not talk to Toyota. But, I don't think I'll be going back to Dublin Toyota unless that's the last Toyota dealership on earth.
