    The manager lady that sits there all day, she's the rudest lady I have ever seen...she has no experience of customer service and I'm not sure how she got to be the manager there. She has shouted the customers in front of so many times and to myself. But I don't tolerate that attitude from her. I only go in there to do the wire transfers.

    Very good customer service. Although this type of business has a great deal of turnover, I always get good service whenever I go there.

    Lobby door very hard to open, ok service
    very busy. They need to smile more....

    Need to do bill payments like pge.

    When the manager is in the office the employees want to help customers...
