The worst customer service i have ever had.. You would think buying a $30000 dollar car they would at least smile and at least try to give some sort of "insider deal", even if their wasnt.. No body at the dealership even cared about their job, ......
Went back their to the service dept, very rude. I stood their while the employees talked to each other and was acknowleged two minutes later.. what the f*&*&
Dont ever go their, very rude, they dont care about customer service, and forget about even trying to find about prices for wash and wax, or oil changes..
DUBLIN NISSAN NEEDS TO HAVE A FULL CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING
AND THEY SHOULD FIRE PEOPLE WHO DONT WANT TO WORK THERE
Think twice! Beware!: Pros: The actual mechanics in that back do their jobs.
Cons: The service department sucks...it's a pain in the ass to deal with them in order to get your car fixed. They never seem to answer or return calls. They need to work on customer service skills!!!
Don't go there unless you want to be pissed off!: I have a complaint about Dublin Nissan service department. For
the past 6 months that I have encountered horrible service
advisors it has been awful. Jeff and Toby did a
decent job. I think Damon Kent and Tom Rios NEED more
customer training. Did they just come from being auto
techs in the back and have no customer urgency
skills. They can't smile or actually pick up the phone
when customers call to make an appointment. My latest
dealing was watching 2 customers go ahead of me. I
didn't make a big deal, but was pissed off. I was
blatantly standing right there. The day before I
called to make an appointment but Damon said just come
on in. Bad advice, they couldn't handle the volume of
calls and people coming in to get cars fixed. Damon
could have said let's make an appointment for another
day or something. Even trying to get a hold of them
was hard NOONE was picking up at service or returning
calls. While I was waiting and waiting after I got
passed up in line twice I see Jeff in his service
manager office SURFING the net. It's good he got
promoted but can't he give a helping hand when the 2
little advisors need it. This is the last time I'm
going to deal with Dublin Nissan. I should have
stayed with my gut and avoided this place like the
plague, but I had to get hit in the face this time to
get that they don't want my business.
Desperately seeking a new place to get car serviced!
