Appian 80 Express Cleaners

I tried every other dry cleaner in Pinole. Each one either screwed up my dress shirts (ruined more than one), or kept charging me more each time I visited. Without hesitation, I vouch for this dry cleaner at the highest level. Can I swear on a bible about how great they are? More than 5-stars?

Out of three locations I have tried in Pinole, the first one kept burning the shirts every few times, and would try to explain the shirts came like that. I did not buy shirts that had melted collars and collar stays.... Then the 2nd place would not provide a receipt each time. They would keep creeping up the costs, which I figured out and mentioned something to them. They couldn't find an excuse. Now I found this location, and I will never change. She goes above and beyond every time. I think she likes me and does it because I'm a nice person? The prices seem the same as the others, but my Quicken financial software tells me I'm spending less than the other locations... no sneaky expenses for Button replacements, or "special fabrics". She just does her job, and is so amazingly professional that I smile every time. I HIGHLY suggest this location for all laundry services. I even asked my Fiancee to take her wedding dress here to make sure it's clean, pressed and fit right....... Thank you for your friendly smile every few days.

I wear a suit daily for work, so I have shirts each day to clean/press, and pants every few days, and suit jackets and extra clothes from my fiancee when they need dry cleaning.

I RECENTLY TOOK A BRAND NEW DRESS I PURCHASED HOURS EARLIER THE SAME DAY TO THIS CLAENERS. WHEN I GOT IT BACK IT WAS OBVIOUSLY WORN TO THE PROM OR SOME OTHER FUNCTION! TWO STAINS ON THE BACK,TWO "RUNS" FROM THE BOTTOM SEAM UP THE LENGTH OF THE DRESS,THE SLIP IS DINGY NEAR THE BACK,AND THE BOTTOM HEM IS TOTALY UNRAVELLED. I POINTED ALL THIS OUT TO THE OWNER WHO THEN ACCUSED ME OF BRINGING IT IN LIKE THIS.ONLY PROBLEM IS SHE WAS NOT WHO I GAVE THE DRESS TO IN THE FIRST PLACE AND MY TAGS WERE STILL ON THE GARMENT. THIS ALL TOOK PLACE AFTER HER BRINGING ME SOME ONE ELSES DRESS AND TAKING AWILE TO FIND MINE. IVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR MANY YEARS BUT NEVER AGAIN. I REALIZE THESE THINGS CAN HAPPEN BUT THEY COULD AT LEAST BE HONEST WITH ME AND OWN UP TO THERE MISTAKE.

I only go to this cleaners: I will not take my clothes to any other place in Pinole. The owners are the nicest people in the business. I get my clothes cleaned, laundered and altered in one place. My clothese are always very clean and spots are sough after. The owner takes my clothes to my car and puts the clothes in neatly. She has even gone so far as to remove any garbage from my car!
