User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsMercy! Poor IHOP is your typical chain eating establishment. If you go beyond the pancakes your just asking for it! They are open really late (I believe 24 hours a day) and of course this draws the really strange crowd (your truly included) around 3 or 4 AM. Wierdest of all are the number of people who come to IHOP (which is hit or miss on being clean) and then leave without paying! A strange place, indeed!
