My family has been loyal customers to his dealership since 1990.We have collectively bought a 89 Tercel, a used Integra, a used VW jetta, a Camry and a RAV4.This is why I was so appalled with the service I received recently.We bought a Sienna from Toyota Elk Grove(excellent BTW) that had a check engine light.It was a CPO certified meaning ANY toyota dealercan service it under warranty.In fact we had the Platinum Coverage which was a Bumper to Bumper for 7/100K.We took it to Vallejo for a CEL and a rattle.Lawrence the inept service guy told me that we had to pay and that my van was not covered!after ONE phone call to Toyota,I was able to get my policy number and was told in fact that it WAS covered.I told Lawrence this and he played stupid, kinda easy since he was pretty stupid.ANyhow long story short, they kept jacking us around and told us that the culprit of the CEL was something NOT covered by the warranty(how convenient) and charged us $50 for a "diagnosis."Pissed off I called Elk Grove and they apologized for the inconvenience and offered to fix the car and pay the $50.It was a little inconvenient but I took it 60 miles to Elk Grove and they fixed it and gave me a free rental.I am now a FAITHFUL Elk Grove toyota customer and ALL those years of loyalty with toyota vallejo is flushed down the drain thanks to Lawrence the idiot service guy.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!! IN ADDITION TO THAT THEY RIP YOU OFF WITH THEIR PRICE QUOTE. THEY'LL TELL YOU ONE PRICE AND AFTER THEY FIX YOUR CAR THEY QUOTE YOU A HIGHER PRICE FOR THE SAME SERVICE WITH NOTHING ELSE ADDED!!!

WTF!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST!
