When you phone in they are rude and lazy---quick to dump you to any department, if you ever get through. I have been in the Tri Valley for 18 years and since this store opened customer service has never improved. Management needs to address this if they even care. I hate going in there, little help from anyone and when you ask for something in a department I have heard that person "must be at lunch." Terrible.
