I purchased a used Honda Accord from these guys in 2006. I really like the car and the service department has been pretty good but this is where it ends. The Finance people are the absolute worst in the car business. The chain-smoking old guy pressures you into the warranty which sucks! You pay up front $ 1600.00 and they tell you it will be refunded at the end of three years if you do not use it. Well guess what? It was three 3 years in July 2009 and I am still waiting for my money. I have written 3 letters and made at least 6 calls and I am still getting jerked around. Looks like legal action is next.
Bought a used Mustang. The finance dude pushed his service contract. I refused. He mentioned that convertible tops often broke. Sounded logical, so I got the warranty.
Fast forward two years later. Sure enough the convertible top broke, BUT...wait for it...the convertible top WASN'T covered!!!
Lesson learned - DON'T GET THE SERVICE WARRANTY AND DON'T TRUST HONDA.

I've used Honda Walnut Creek to service my Honda CRV since purchasing this vehicle 10 years ago from this dealer. Reading some of the other accounts, I have no idea how to reconcile my experience with theirs. I've found Honda of WC staff to be consistently courteous, friendly and efficient. They've been open in providing initial cost estimates and the work has been performed on budget and within expectations. I'd rate their service as superior. Frankly, I don't think you could ask for a more cooperative and helpful car service department.
