    Bought a used 2004 Rubicon from them with an extended warranty and they try their best to get out of doing warranty work. Tried to refuse work on a leaking oil pan which was covered under the exttended warranty. Plainly refuses to repair motor mounts because I had an aftermarket lift kit installed when the Rubicon comes with a special off road performance suspension coming from a factory. They play on your suspected lack of knowledge about cars.... Avoid if you need repair service done.

    i tried calling the service department and i was on hold for a very long time. then when finally got a hold of somebody i was told somebody would call me back and so far nobody has called me since.

    Great Customer Service: I had to deal with the parts and service department and I am not sure what the other posters had to deal with. These guys were great in explaining everything and making sure I understood.
