   The best coffee shop in the bay area!: This quaint little coffee shop is nestled off Highway 13 on Thornhill Drive. Owned and operated by Jim and Joanne Heider, they've taken great care and passion in building the character and quality of this establishment for food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. You can order your coffee, latte, chai, smoothie, or any other hot or cold drink and enjoy it inside or on their little patio just in front of the entrance. For lunch, they are known for their awesome sandwiches! They are made to order and they definitely don't skimp on your favorite cold cuts or cheeses. So instead of hitting one of those big franchise coffee places where it's a bunch of strangers waiting in line and every shop looks the same, stop by Thornhill Coffee House where you're alway welcome and "everybody knows your name!"

   The Heiders moved back to Minnesota, and left the coffee shop in great hands: Thyda Yim now owns the place and there's the same nice touch and more - how about a slice of papaya now and then too? But Thyda knows everyone and overlapped with Jim. She has made it her own, and her kids are really great too.
