I've never had a virus I couldn't fix, until this one: I couldn't run any of my anti-virus programs, and the system wouldn't let me install any new ones. These guys fixed me up in just a few hours and did it with a smile and a "thank you".
When your computer is 4 years old and suffers a fatal error, you have to decide whether to fix it or replace it. Adam Schwartz of Computer Courage went the extra mile to explain the advantages, disadvantages, and costs of three possible solutions: basic resuscitation, major surgery, and replacement. We decided to go with major surgery, and we now have a 4-year-old computer that acts like it's brand new (better than brand new, actually), for a lot less money (and trouble) than buying a new one. The repair was completed in one day and included virus and maintenance software and a short tutorial on keeping the computer problem free. Adam was helpful both before and after the repair, answering questions and explaining processes.
