User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsStay away, don't waste your time with this place. I used this place few times for several items and very disappointed. They may be able to handle simple alteration, like shortening pants, but definitely not a professional tailor. The owner seems like likable guy at first, but you will discover that he is just with lots of lip service. He will tell you that he can make it perfect and beautiful for you to just to get the work in. However, he does not deliver a quality work. Never on time. Results are disappointing. Advertises the shop as an expert on leather; don't believe it.
Not courtesy enough to tell me when he had made a mistake. He does not take any responsibility for his work. He has no pride as a professional. Bad business practice, don't waste your time with this shop, stay away.-

great service - I bought a really expensive pair of jeans, normally once they're washed they shrink up half an inch so I always buy them slightly long. This time they failed to shrink, so I was left with a great pair of jeans that were too long and couldn't be returned...these guys fitted them and altered them in 48 hours, matched the stitching color perfectly and just generally did a great job. For $9!!! You can't beat that. While I was in the store another girl was there asking for a dress to be altered. They had her try it on, and it turned out she just couldn't fasten the zipper at the back properly, and hadn't realised that was making the dress fit weirdly. The guy helping her, instead of making something up and charging her for work that didn't need to be done, pointed out what was happening, suggested she get a friend to help her when she wore the dress, and that was that. I'm always impressed when a store basically tells you that you don't need their services when you really don't. Higly recommend these guys.
