My Mom & I took a trip from Sna Jose, Ca to Reno, Nevada. Our bus from san jose to oakland was fine. We had to transfer in oakland qith a 1 hour lay over. After adking the greyhound desk clerk, what line should we be in, and she told us line #1. Long story made short, we belong in line #2, the bus left with out us, and the next bus would be in 2 1/2 more hours. Well, the next bus was lateand our wait for it was 4 hours,then we hit commute traffic, and got to Reno, NV, five hours later than our original schedule. We missed out on 4 tickets to the magic show, as we were still on our way to reno, when the show started, Hopefully your trip will go better. For us, this is our last reide on a greyhound bus. We left at 7:30 a.m. and arrived at 8:15. Had we driven our car, it would have only been a 4 hour trip, not 12 1/2 hours that greyhound turned it into.
