Kasuga Japanese Restaurant

Kasuga is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants. When my friend comes from Discovery bay, he insists every time to eat there. The owners(husband and wife) are very friendly and nice, especially George. The sushi chief does a great job and the fish is high quality and fresh. My friend goes there especially for the Maguro(tuna). He says it's the best he's had in awhile.The cooked food is delicious also and they have a good size menu. Sometimes , if you like really hot Saki, like I do, you have to remind them to get it really hot, otherwise it might just be warm. If you don't like your salmon teriyaki well cooked be sure to tell them how you want it. Almost everyone I've taken there, rave about it and want to go back
