My experience with this dealership is that it's almost impossible to contact anyone about anything. The staff never answer the phones, especially the Finance Dept.
Beware of buying the AUL service contract for an older Bimmer. Weatherford is quick to recommend it and will take your money fast, but there are so many rules, you may never be able to collect on it. Be sure to read the contract thoroughly before you purchase it because there are numerous things that may prevent you from getting your repairs paid for, including the main requirement that repairs are supposed to be made at the selling dealer.
I recently traded the BMW I bought there to another dealer, and I've just begun to try to get a refund on the unused portion of my AUL service contract, I fully expect I'm going to have a difficult time. The refund is supposed to come from the selling dealer (Weatherford), but already I've had NO RESPONSE to TWO faxes and TWO phone calls to a phantom finance department that is apparently never available except when a car is sold.
Stay tuned for the outcome of this story.
My opinion of Weatherford? They are either too big to take care of their customers, don't care, or fully intend to leave you hanging in the breeze like an old sheet once you drive off the lot. Their only aim is to move cars off the lot as fast as they can.
My rating?--1 out of 10! Be careful out there!
I offered to rent a5X for 3 years at $12,000 a year with $6000 a year up front and was turned down.No reason given, no alternatives given, slow response. Not a good experience
I BOUGHT WHAT SHOULD BE A LEMON! THE TRANNY WAS DEFECTIVE LURCHING INTO CROSSWALKS AT STOPS, CRACKED AND WELDED RIMS, AND WAY MORE WENT WRONG WITH THIS CAR SINCE I PURCHASED IT. I FEEL LIKE I WAS BRUSHED OFF BY THE SERVICE DEPT. UNTIL MY WARRANTY EXPIRED. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM WEATHERFORD AGAIN! THE CAR HAD TO HAVE BEEN USED TO JUMP CURBS! AND THEY CALLED IT A "CERTIFIED SAFETY INSPECTED VEHICLE".......YEAH RIGHT.
