    I've been to this car wash several times and they do an excellent job of washing the car and cleaning the interior. Occasionally, I have them clean the floor mats, but normally I get the basic car wash.

    It's true you have to tell them pleasantly that you don't want an upgrade, but I've found they'll take the car and wash it after a few "No, Thank you's"
