What a dump!: Do not eat here. I made the mistake twice and will never go back. The place is filthy, the service is terrible and the waitresses looked dirty. If you're set on eating at an IHOP, drive a few miles to the ones in Santa Rosa. One on 4th St, and another on Fulton Rd.
