   I've used Cat's Cradle 10 times. Wonderful, caring staff. Reasonably priced. Yes, once my cat did catch a cold that required a vet visit. And if you call Cats cradle owner, she will reimburse your vet bill.

   Loved it!: I boarded my cat there, and I thought it was great! The cats that share the common space get along, and lounge around on cat towers and in windows. The workers were nice, and seemed to know every detail about my cat when I went to pick her up. It looked like the cats that needed special attention were kept in nice sized enclosures.
   
   As for someone's cat getting sick... cat's diets and bathroom habits change if you board them at all. It's stressful for them. I certainly wouldn't blame the company because your cat couldn't handle being boarded.

   Beware!: This place is reasonably priced and the people are very nice, but my cat came home very underweight and with a nasty virus. The money I have since spent on vet bills has exceeded the money I "saved" boarding there. The cats share a common space during the day and workers are not very good at spotting and isolating sick cats. I wouldn't board my cat there again.
