    A So Cal cafe chain. Step inside this location and you'd never suspect that this is a franchise chain operation. Feels like an elegant mom & pop. Simple dining area with 8 zinc top tables. Decor is minimal - You feel like you're eating in the lobby of a take-out bakery. Prettiest pastry you'll ever see in the cases, delicious too! The number of food selections is small, but focuses on fresh ingredients made into simple bistro style eats. Website link connects you with the menu. I had a bowl of soup ,a turkey tartine, & a glass of white wine. It was a fine pick-me-up while shopping at the Corte Madera village. Prices a little on the high side for what you get. Another location in downtown Mill Valley, which Bambie & I have visited 3 times. Food / Ambience are identical.

    This is the BEST place for desserts, soup and lunch. The setting is beautiful and the chicken salad on the croissant is fabulous. A must try and guaranteed to become a quick favorite.
