    I find them very helpful and. I use their delivery service for larger items- so convenient and cheap.

    Their technical help is horrible. Unless you know what you want - you are in trouble. I call the help -3 blind mice. I know because I have lived here over 30 years. It is the only game in town and THEY KNOW IT. Their attitude is take it or drive ten miles to the next hardware store. I am serious this is not sour grapes.
