My wife and I have been shopping at Raley's on the Dam Road for about 10 years and it was our favorite store, although the prices are a little higher than Safeway or Lucky's. In the past year since the "remodle", they have been out of some of our favorite items and now they have installed several "self check" stations and seem to have cut down on the number of checkers available and the lines at the check stands are getting longer. For the prices they charge they should not expect customers to have to check and bag their own groceries. Getting fed up. Self check should be 10% off or something since they are saving money by not having as many checkers available.

I want to give a special thanks to the pharmacy staff (Mona and Susan) they go the extra mile to provide me and my family with excellent services. Thanks to Susan I have been on vitamins for 3 months it helps. Mona has a difficult job however she manages to conduct herself in a friendly professional manner. They are the best we are lucky to have them.

Hurray for Raley's: Employees are friendly, helpful, pleasant. Store and carts are kept clean. They carry everything in the grocery, have pharmacy, flowers, books, stationaries, and pet foods.
