I went to Culture Shock in Fairfax today and I was surprised at the lack of hospitality and the rudeness of the woman working there, who I believe was the owner. I could not believe the lack of trust in her customers and the expectation that customers are supposed to trust her with their bags, since they don't allow bags in their dressing room. WOW, in a small friendly town like Fairfax, I was saddened. It's too bad, because I was going to buy 3 dresses there today and a few other things I saw. I ended up leaving and spending $200 at Sherman's General Store and $45 at Revolution 9, to follow coffee at Fairfix. All those places were the opposite in customer service.
Dear Susan,
Maybe you are suprised because you ARE NOT A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND NOT AWARE OF THE THEFT that has plagued our town. We have been in b;usiness for almost 22 years and have seen numerous acts of distaste committed in our store. Even people who will cut off our ink tages and steal the dress and leave the tag. So we don't mind the haute hate from intruders who think they know it all. We are protecting our goods from seamingly nice people. No bags are allowed in our dressing rooms for a very good reason. YOU!
There is nothing like great talent and great opportunities for dancers of all ages and ethnics like in the dance company Culture Shock. Here's were many dancers can strut their stuff and break it down on the dance floor. I love and enjoy seeing the many preformances these people put out every year.
