Used to go there every morning, now I will never step foot in there again. The same goes with several of my friends. Disrespectful (illegal? alien) employees play loud, inappropriate music in the morning, until they see the boss coming, then they turn it down. The main guy behind the counter is cocky, snotty and truculent. Go back to where you came from! I am tired of young people who are struggling to get through college, or artists or people who were born in this country NOT getting work, so that a-holes like this non US citizen can abuse their good fortune by behaving and badly and mistreating people. They don t understand customer relations here. I tolerated it for a few years, but after the woman with Hutchinson disease was told by this jerk that she was a drunken whore, and that she needed to leave, and when her friend tried to intervene, he escalated the situation and called the police. The police intervened and told the jerk he had to serve her coffee, and left. But he still refused to serve her. Hey owner, get a clue! Great coffee, great seating and wi fi, but worst service ever!!!! HIRE A LOCAL KID, and help the community. In any event get rid of that jerk! Then my friends and I will consider coming back.
