I Love this salon. The first time I went there was July 07 and have been a very happy customer ever since. Never , ever have I recived a bad haircut, ( no more crying after I get haircuts) they have the Best and I do mean the Best owners Pam , is awsome she always makes you feel like you are a friend , not a customer ! I have very thick hair so when I used to get haircuts ( else where) I would just end up crying cuz no one wanted to take the time w/ me. They also reccomend great products they are always looking in your best intreast when recommending a product, ( not like others who recomend crap just cuz it's the most expensive) !!! Iam obviously a very happy customer for the last couple years ( that I have been a customer) Iam always happy when I leave !! U will feel like you just left your friends house for lunch !! Love them. :) very very happy!! I disagree with all the negative cuz it's very untrue-

Clara is very nice. I transitioned to Lion's Mane due to customer service issues after two yrs. So far very glad I transitioned to Clara.
The big test will be my next appt. when I get the works. Scared bud confident Clara can do it!! -

I did not have a local stylist so tried someone here. I specifically asked not to cut it shorter, just clean it up. I left with a really short haircut. I was in tears and called to complain. There wasn't much they could do. I was very upset. That stylist has left. I am trying one more time with someone new there. I'll report back. They were very nice, but the stylist just didn't listen.

That is weird been going there for 3 years and I have just the opposite problem never felt like I wanted 2 cry like at other salons
