I have dealt with these folks for over twenty years and they are great.

If they don't have a part they have cheerfully ordered it. If I could not use something they have given me a refund, no complaints.

They are my first stop for difficult plumbing problems and unusual parts.

I had a less than favorable experience with San Pablo Plumbing Supply Incorporated. I purchased one piece of Alsons European Styled Hand Shower W/Wall Mount and one piece of Alsons Pc Div. Tub Spout W/Shower Hose Connect. Both of these came in Plastic Packaging which is impossible not to destroy when openning these parts. When I installed these parts, they did not function as expected - I could not engage the shower fully - water still dripped from the faucet portion. I tried to return these items but San Pablo Plumbing Supply would neither refund my money or give me store credit - I was very dissapointed and left the merchandise with them since I could not use it. I wasted over $100 on this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
