This restaurant serves delicious food from Sonoma County and the Pacific in ways guarantied to please even the most discerning palate. I would recommend reservations and look forward to with daily dinner specials around $20.00. You wont go away hungry.

Well Prepared, Hearty Comfort Food; A Diet Buster!: Three & A Half Stars would be more accurate. A small, cozy, if slightly run down place, that managed to squeeze in our large group of twelve amidst the tightly fitted tables. Our hosts had been devoted patrons of the restaurant for the past decade or so, and were welcomed warmly - as nearly each new arrival was. I seemed to be the only newbie in the place. The amount of food that emerges from the tiny open kitchen seems surreal - mounds of mashed potatoes alongside large steaks or pork chops in a pool of rich gravy or bernaise. The osso buco and beef stew were quite tasty & ultra filling. Crab cakes were well liked as were the stuffed mushrooms & the talmousse de gruyere (gruyere, garlic & mustard baked in puff pastry). This is definitely not the place to go for light vegetarian fare or if on a restricted fat, sodium or calorie diet! Do visit the surprising & quirky restroom, whether you need to or not.

Always Nice: I love this place. Always have probably always will. Great Bread, good service, always changing menu, always tasty! Great place to have a party in the back room! There just is not enough special occations in the year to get there enough!
