My company originally needed to move 2 big Canon copier machines back to Canon. Canon had referred us to a common carrier that their clients usually use. After getting their totally unreasonable quotes I decided to do a little research on other shipping carriers and came across Shipsmart. After reading some Yelp reviews, I told myself no way I would want to try Shipsmart because the reviews sounds so bad but also some of the reviews sounded ridiculous. Then I decided to do further research about the company. After reading the Yahoo reviews and speaking with the representative I decided to give Shipsmart the benefit of the doubt. Canon had required for the driver to unpack the crate or unwrap the printer themselves if it was palleted or crated. The representative said it was totally fine. A day before the pick up I got an email from the representative to confirm if it was for only one copy machine because the representative called the office where the machines were located to confirm two printers and they were only told there was one which was a great move in my book because if they didn t email me to confirm I would have drove myself crazy. So what they had me do was change the insurance amount for only one machine and they adjusted everything else. Fair enough with in a week the machine was delivered EXACTLY as per my instructions. Overall easy to deal with with AMAZING low prices. Will do business again in the future. Thank you Shipsmart I was able to save my company a lot of money and it made me look good.
