I bought my cts from them online and it was the easiest sales process I have ever done. If you don't want to deal with a typical salesmen go here.

Don't ever take your car there for service. I bought my Suburban there new in 2001. I always returned it there for service and repairs. In 2006 I brought it in for steering problems and they replace the steering gear and the seals on the power steering pump. Now it is a year later and the steering has gone out again. When I called Victory to see if they would fix the problem at their expense they refused. So apparently if you own a Chevy Suburban you can expect to spend $989 every year to repair the steering. Maybe they install bad parts or don't know how to make the repairs but I find it outrageous that I should have to have this repaired again a year later at my cost.
