User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe have had the pleasure of having a wonderful breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Mi Pueblo, and have been serenaded several times, the Margarites are Great too. The Owner and help our very friendly and helpful. Parking not a problem. The food is excellent and usually a small wait to be seated.Upon entry there is a sign in sheet and you are called in order of your arrival.

We live one hour from Petaluma and travel there often to dine at Mi Pueblo. You will have to wait for a table, but the place is fun and friendly, the margaritas are excellent and the food is the best. The owner will even stop by your table to make sure you are having an enjoyable meal. You can't ask for anything more.

This is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. The food is always delicious, plates are overflowing, and the prices are unbeatable! Some people have given this place bad reviews saying the service was slow and the take out food was cold. Yes, sometimes the service is a little slow but if you look around the restaurant and see the people lined up outside the door you will see that these servers are really busy! I've ordered take out a few times and while the food is not as great as it is when eaten inside (can't that be said for most restaurants?) don't base your review on that.
If nothing else, the fact that the parking lot is always full, the people line out outside to wait for a table, and the owner makes an effort to talk to almost everyone in the place shows what kind of a restaurant this is.
I've never been to the other 2 locations so I can't speak to those but the one on Petaluma Blvd is awesome and we eat there at least once a month (sometimes 2-3 times a week)! Great food, great atmosphere, great prices! Well worth the wait for a table and service.
