User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsJust purchased a new car from the fleet manager Dan Thompson. I was approached on the lot by him wearing a Tommy Bahama shirt and sneakers. He was not like any other salesman. He was kind considerate and very honest. My husband hates sales people but took a liking to Dan. long story short we bought and will only go back to Dan at Hansel

I had nothing but great service from these people. They were very informative and made my wait with my kids very comfortable. I am actually looking forward to going back to get the repairs I need done. Thank you for great service!

I just bought a brand new 08 Civic from Hansel Honda and I thought that they were very unprofessional and plain stupid. They were great up until I signed the papers, then they were rude and just wanted me out of the dealership. They wrote the wrong address on all of my information, so I did not recieve anything for 2 months and when I called 6 times to question it, no one returned my calls. I finally got ahold of someone in the finance department who gave me the number to the finance company. When I called them, they had no record of me in the system because whoever submitted the paperwork at the dealership, not only screwed up my address, but my name as well. I had to take off the whole day from work to get everything figured out. I even had to spend 3 hours at the DMV to get replacement plates (that I had to pay for) since I never recieved mine in the mail, because the dealership wrote the address was wrong. When I called them to complain, all they said was "sorry." I am telling everyone I know to never buy a car from those incompetent rude idiots.
