I can honestly say this auto shop has high tech equipment and does a fairly good job on their work. Ive been there a few times and the first time was a great experience. The second time was not so great. The saleperson that helped me was not that knowledgable and he did not provide good customer service. He over promised me things and did not deliver. They made errors on my car that could have been avoided if only the salesperson would have taken a few minutes to check. Instead those minor errors cost me a great deal of time and money and inconvenience. I was very disappointed and based just on customer service I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere. The other salespersons had to take over this salesperson consulation with me. I was very happy with their service but not with the rep who intially was assigned to me.
