    I asked for a quote on a window regulator with motor for my wife's Honda Civic by calling the parts department. One week after, I visited the parts department and ordered the parts but was quoted a higher price than what was originally quoted. When I told the parts person what was originally quoted, he stated that it was the "Internet Price" and that was what I was going to get it for. I told him I never ordered it on their website but merely asked a quote over the phone. He continued to press the keys on the keyboard and exclaimed, "Oh, yes. Here is the price!"

    He told me that the item would come in the next day (Tuesday) and that an email would be sent to me. I waited to receive an email but I never did and called back on Thursday. They told me that they had it already.

    I have a few questions: Why do they need my phone number when they will be emailing me? Why did they not email me when the item arrived? Do the guys in the parts department get a commission? Very funny indeed and not in the humorous sense.

    Customer service appears to be minimal and flaky at best. I hope this is not an indication of the reputation of the dealership.

    WARNING: NEVER GO HERE!!!! This place is the worst car dealership I have ever been to. They lie, cheat and fail to hold up their end of the deal. We called to make sure the car we wanted was in stock, they said yes. We went there, it was not. We brought in quoted price and they tried to say that the quoted price was higher. They told us to LIE on the credit check form. The salesman knew we were upset so straight up asked us just to lie and give him a good review when customer serivce follow up with us about the sale. The next day they were supposed to call us when the car was ready. We had to call because they hadn't called us and was put on hold for 15 min until we hung up and called back. Turns out car was "ready" but they never called us. When we got their our Salesman never talked to us but had some other woman do it for him. We were about to leave when we asked about the alarm we purchased and the woman said "what alarm?" They forgot to install it and were going to let us leave without it. We were told to wait 40 min and it would be installed. An hour and a half later, it was finally installed. They smoked right by the door, blowing the smoke in people's face as they walked it. They yelled acrossed the sales full to one another, swearing and laughing. The Saleman talked on his cell phone around the show room for twenty min as he was in the middle of selling us a car. The place is dirty. Stains on the chair and flithy floors. They had MTV blasting and the staff paid my attention to the TV than to the customers. The night that we bought it the Salesman called at 10:40pm...way too late to be calling a customer. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE

    Worst expereince of customer service I have ever had in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!! Saleman told us he had the car we wanted in stock, when we returned to buy it they didn't have it. He told us he could get the car, we agreed on a price. Retunred the next day to sign paperwork, salesman then tried to change the price since he had to trade with another dealer to get the car. We said no deal, he then agreed on the original price. He told us he needed a day to get the car. He called the next day to confirm we would be there at 6:00pm to pick it up. I told him I would be there with check in hand. Got there and the saleman wasn't even there. Spoke with another salesman and he said they haven't even located the car.

    South Bay Honda is nothing but a bunch of lying, cheating, and disrespectful group of people.
