    Best sesame chicken ever. Their Chow Mein is authentic and served hot. Fastest cooks in the west.

    Cheung Sheng has the best tasting food and large proportions. In the last 15 years living in Hollister they continue to be my favorite restaurant. They have a friendly staff and Helen has an awsome ability to remember customer names.
