IS THERE A LESS THAN ONE STAR RATEING MABEE A -2... GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE FOR YOUR NEW TOYOTA OR FOR SERVICE OR FOR ANY PARTS ...
TOOK MY FJ IN FOR TRANY SERVICE , IT WAS MAKING A NOISE , THEY SCRATCHED THE DOOR, LEFT IT UN- WASHED AND TOOK 3 DAYS LONGER THAN QUOTED,I ALL SO ORDERED 1800.00 WORTH OF PARTS THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY HAD GIVING ME AND WHAT WAS BACK ORDERED. I HAD TO ASSESS AND DISCOVER, THEY SENT MY SUB-WOOFER TO DALY CITY THEN SENT IT BACK TO TOYOTA, I CALLED ONE WEEK LATER ONLY TO HERE THEM SAY THAT THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHERE IT WAS AND THEY WOULD REORDER ..THERE ARE A SET OF FLOOR MATS STILL LEFT ON BACK ORDER...
THIS IS A NEW CAR DEALER??? WHY CANT THEY EVEN GET THE PARTS THAT ARE OFFERED ON THEIR VEHICALS ...
WHAT A JOKE THIS DEALER IS I WILL NEVER RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO A FRIEND OR EVEN AN ENEMY ...
WITH THE QUALITY PRODUCT THAT IS OFFERED BY TOYOTA
IT TRULY A SHAME THAT A DEALER WOULD TEMPT FATE BY NOT DOING DILAGENCE. THEIR DEALER SHIP SHOULD BE REVOKED AND THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE LOOKING FOR JOBS AT TACO BELL

crummy. i got a car, and then a letter of recission (they're telling me to take it back) because their bank didn't approve financing me. would've appreciated knowing on the spot before paying the insurance and spending so much time signing papers. tried calling three times to speak with financing in the past week and left two voicemails as of yet. still waiting to have my car taken away.

the service itself with the saleman wasn't bad, but don't try to finance through them.

I was another victim of these crooks.
They promised something and delivered another.
Don't be full with the smiling, friendly and pretending honesty of the sales manager and employees.
These are among the package of cheating you.
You better not going close to them.
Don't try to show that you are exception.
They are more charlatans than average charlatans.
Beware, beware!!
My two co workers were waiting to buy Toyota from the same dealer.
I told them them the truth and they were decided not to buy Toyota at all.
I will inform anyone whom I know about those crooks.
