the best service. i have been going there for about 3 years i get the best service and raquel always listening to what i want done to my hair and never does anything she doesnt think will look good or turn out right. always walk out of there with chic stylish hair......could never complain always happy with how my hair turns out. thanks raquel

I had my hair done for the second time. Just as happy as the first! I hadn't been there for awhile(away at school)They remodeled and it looks GREAT! They made alot of other changes, all good too! The staff is super fun & friendly! Congrats on being voted "BEST Salon" in SBC.

I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS SALON!! IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A CUTE SHORT CUT W/ SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS...YOU WILL BE DISAPOINTED. I ASKED TO GO WITH THE STYLE I HAD JUST TRIM AND GO WITH SAME CUT, ASKED FOR A-LINE WHICH WE AGREED ON, AND DO NOT CUT THE FRONT ABOVE THE CHIN. NONE OF WHAT I ASKED FOR WAS DONE AND CAME OUT W/ CHOPPY HAIR AND A CUT I DID NOT LIKE. POOR AT LISTENING TO INSTRUCTIONS. AS A WAY OF THINING OUT MY HAIR AS I ALWAYS DO, SHE CUT IT AND CHOPPED THE HELL OUT OF IT, ALL THE WAY UP MY HEAD, NOW IM DEALING W/ SHORT HAIRS THAT POP UP AND NEED TO BE SPRAYED OR MATTED DOWN! I IMMEDIATELY HAD TO GO BACK AFTER GOING HOME AND REALIZING HOW BAD IT WAS, AND HAVE HER CUT THE A-LINE AND STILL AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT. I AM WAITING FOR IT TO GROW SO I CAN HAVE MY GUY FIX IT! THAT'S WHAT I GET FOR NOT GOING TO MY REGULAR GUY OUT OF IMPATIENCE AND NOT BEING ABLE TO GET AROUND. TAKE THIS ADVICE, YOU WON'T BE HAPPY IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A PARITCULAR CUT AND WANT SOMEONE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS! LUCKILY MY HAIR GROWS FAST!!
