Cin-Cin [chin-chin] is an Italian toast meaning "to your health." Cin-Cin Wine Bar resulted from a friendship of a successful Bay Area local restaurateur and a former Google marketing professional-turned-sommelier. Don Durante and Lisa Rhorer developed the concept of Cin-Cin based on their passion for food, wine and the environment. Cin-Cin is a neighborhood wine bar for friends and family to enjoy food and wine produced by sustainable, organic and biodynamic methods. Cin-Cin is a place where you can nourish your palate with pure, sophisticated and intense flavors.

We went to Cafe Marcella for a birthday celebration because we had heard how great it was. The food was very good, and the waiters were excellent. My friend's soup was lukewarm and did need to be sent back to heat up. The biggest problem, and the reason my friends and I will never go here again, is the noise level. It was awful. The tables were very close to one another, and it was so noisy that I couldn't hear what my friend across our small table was saying. It was a huge disappointment, as the food is quite good. They should have about half as many tables in the space. Maybe this would help. That being said, Los Gatos is full of good restaurants so I will be going elsewhere from now on.
RIP OFF: Cafe Marcella is delusional ! They have a $25 corkage that borders on the ridiculous. I'm a local and I realize that Los Gatos is a tourist trap but Cafe Marcella should have their staff wear pin stripe suits, white carnations, and spat shoes ! It is an OK restaurant with an attitude. It's not the exordidant price of food but the extortion to buy their wine that irritated us... go to The Wine Cellar, Aldo's, or Valariano's for a more pleasant experience.
