User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis dealership was by far the WORST experience I've EVER had shopping for a car. I came here looking to purchase a Honda Accord coupe. When we arrived at the dealership, there were 2 Honda uniformed salesmen sitting on the bench outside the front doors who did not care to greet their potential buyers nor did they seem interested to help and they continued to stay sitting down the entire time while speaking with us. We had inquiries about the cars and our "professional car salesman", Chuck, didn't even bother to walk over with us to see the models, neither did he attempt to find someone else who would be willing to help us instead. That was the first indication of very poor customer service.
Overall this sales experience concluded to be: unprofessional, rude, very unhelpful, and a waste of time and travel. We had also learned that Chuck was a retired car salesman, which probably explains the unacceptable service given here at Gilroy Honda.-

Donât even bother with this sales team. They are clearly looking to make big $ from the uninformed shopper. Like any old-school sales team, they will make it sound like they are giving you a good deal, when the reality is they are thousands of $ above what the internet will tell you is a fair price. Be sure to do your homework and skip this dealer!

Great service I would recommend it to anyone. The pricing is competitive and they only do what the car needs, they didnt try to sell me what I didnt need.
