South County Nissan-Hyundai

We live near San Diego and during a recent Bay Area trip in Dec 2007 our Santa Fe experienced engine problems. We were faced with the problem of finding a repair shop on a holiday Saturday in an unfamiliar territory. Not the situation one wants to deal with on vacation. South County service dept was the closest shop open on Saturday. Mike and Robert were very helpful and quickly diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the needed part had to be ordered. They arranged transportation to San Jose airport which was the closest place to get a rental car for our drive home. We drove back to Gilroy the next weekend to pick up our car.

The entire team was very professional and empathetic to our plight. If I lived in Gilroy I would purchase a car from them.

I would certainly recommend them as a trustworthy auto repair facility.

I have nothing but kudos for Robert Pia, service advisor, and the entire service team at South County Nissan-Hyundai in Gilroy. I did not buy my Hyundai there but have had several occasion's' to check out their service dept. work ethics first hand. I have dealt with nothing but knowledgeable and dedicated service members throughout the department. The attitudes of the employees there strike me as people who enjoy what they do. I have always been treated with the utmost respect by everyone and believe it or not, their honesty and up-front frankness is something I find unique and incredibly refreshing. The fact that I am female and may not know very much about auto repair, is something they take into consideration by walking me through details of what is to be done with my vehicle. I know we have all dealt with people that take advantage of a person at every opportunity they can, especially if you are a woman, however, I can personally say that you will never feel that way when you sign on the dotted line and walk away from South County Nissan-Hyundai of Gilroy. Their efficient expertise in getting the job done to your satisfaction seems to be what they strive for. Afterall, they do want your business again and want you to feel comfortable about bringing your troubles to them. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone. My sincerest thanks to Robert and the entire service team for all your help in the past (and future too).
