Buca Di Beppo

The food is great, and its a fun place. The service is good.

After all these years, I finally managed to eat at Buca Di Beppo. Wow! What an experience! The restaurant is located in an un-assuming building in the Pruneyard complex, however it is one busy place. When you see families and other large groups continue to come to this place you realize they are doing something right.

To the right of the lobby is a bar area where you can order a drink and appetizer while waiting for your table. The bartenders are friendly and helpful. The patrons also are very friendly and I found it was easy to strike up a conversation.

On busy nights the wait can be 30 minutes to over an hour.

They have plenty of options for vegetarians too. We had the garlic bread, the "warm" tomato-spinach salad and a pasta dish. For dessert we ordered the apple/caramel pie. All the food was exceptionally good. Friendly service staff was an added plus.

Looking forward to going back to this wonderful place.

As another user said, "Great Everything!". True family style dining with lots of traditional Italian dishes to choose from. The atmosphere is truly unique with lots to look at on the walls. Great place to take a large group, though it can get a little loud at times, it seems to just add to the family style atmosphere.

If you are dining with a small party, they even have a table or two that is in the kitchen itself where you can watch everything being prepared, super clean!

Reservations recommended if you are going to go later in the evening.
