User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsHave been doing service the last 3 or 4 years with this company and have to say I drive from San Jose past a dealership by my residence because of the great service I get every time I visit South County Chrysler.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWent to look at a Dodge Caliber. Loved the car but hated the service. My husband and I had to go FIND someone to help us.
They didn't have any brochures about the car at all. Were not very friendly. Sales rep looked like he crawled out of bed to come to work. Offices were almost all empty. No one else was around looking at cars.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsreamed by service dept.: overcharged, lied, did not do work listed on receipt, broke the driver's seat and claimed it "just wore out"- took truck to Normandin and 100x better treatment
