User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis place is HORRIBLE!!!! Do NOT do business with these people!!! I went into the dealership three years ago to buy a car. High monthly payments on a cheap car lead me to believe that I was financing...BOY was I wrong!!! These people COMPLETELY screwed me over!!! Going in alone was my first mistake. They took advantage of me! I was TRICKED into signing a LEASE. I did not know this until my car was repossessed two weeks ago. Apparently the lease I didn't know I was in, had ended. I went into the dealership and was told that this "would now affect my credit in any way" because I "followed the terms and conditions of the lease". I was also told that they "didn't know who conducted my contract" since it was "so long ago". I found out today that it actually DID go on my credit record. These people are crooks, and liars! They prey on people who are too trusting. I suggest avoiding this place like the plague!

Can I give these guys no stars? They wrote an illegal contract, stated that to get a certain interest rate I would have to purchase additional service contract, and add ins (that is illegal) took 5 hours to complete the process (designed to make you not look at the paperwork) and finely corrected it after being talked to by a judge and the DA. This after I threatened to sue them.
Toyota is known for great cars, and poor car dealership, and this dealership brought down the average for the state. Next time Im buying a Honda.

Gosh...wish I knew folks in high places. I took my car there for service for an issue and had to go back several more times for the same issue...I kept paying for the things they said was causing the issue and then at the end...my car still has the same problem. I know others out there knows what I am talking about.
