User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI just went here last night for my friend's bday. They made us sit outside on a freezing night and their heat lamps "died". we were the only guest outside too. We barely saw out waiter. His name is Jimmy and he is the absolute worst. took half an hour to bring us water, an hour for our food..never checked up on us at all. My friend went to get a manager and the he came out and said sorry and asked if he coulg get us anything...he offered a party size pizookie and when the check came another hour later, they charged us $18 for that pizookie, AND 17% gratuity even after we told them it was the worst service ever!!!!!!! I hope they go out of business soon. Save yourself and go to the one on blossom hill.

I completely agree with the other negative reviews. The waiter my friend and I had took our order when we sat down but then took 20 minutes to give us drinks and 50 minutes to give us food. All we ordered was a calzone and pasta. Our original waiter wasn't even the one that got us our food. A busboy saw us waiting and said he'd check with the kitchen. In the meantime, our extremely rude waiter seemed to have gone on break because we didn't see him the rest of the night except when he gave a different table their bill. I was so furious that I never want to visit this establishment again. I hope he got fired for being so rude and ignoring paying customers. Beware of the poor service!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI can't tell you how disappointed I am in this restaurant. I LOVE BJ's. I love the one in Fresno and every other one I've been to... EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE. The service has been SO BAD the last two times we went there that I'm thinking I'll never go again. When I complained to a manager, he basically brushed me off and sent me packin. The friend I dined with told me that he was one of the guys hanging around outside instead of working. Well, go fig. No wonder why the service was so bad. So, I thought I'd give it another try. Different night of the week... same service. Different manager, even. Man. They seriously need to clean house if they expect to get any return customers. I am really VERY DISAPPOINTED.
