User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe visited Pinocchio's #2 Pizza for the first time yesterday and were very pleased with both, the pizza and the cleanliness of the establishment. We ordered a half Classic White Garlic Chicken and half Julie's Classic Margherita. The Classic White had no sauce, but was delicious drizzled with olive oil, fresh herbs from their garden, spices, tender roasted cloves of garlic--for all you garlic lovers, chicken and mozzarella cheese. The Julie's Classic had a wonderful tangy tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese topped with roasted garlic, fresh basil and Roma tomatoes, also from their garden. This pizza is New York style with a light thin crust, but they can knead up a thick crust for all you Chicago style pizza lovers.
There is entertainment for young kids and older kids as well, with a TV, pinball machine and two other arcade games, as well as two poker machines at opposite ends of the room. A magazine rack provides some reading while you wait.
The service was great! They were happy to make changes for our special request and were very friendly.
Aside from the importance of food taste, the establishment was very clean, and that IS important!

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI am an original New Yorker and thought that I had to give up good pizza. Then I discovered Pinocchio's Pizza #2 while visiting Gilroy, CA. Every slice is like biting into my childhood. Fantastic sauce, the highest quality cheese and, most of all, the crust is a work of art. Try the Pizza Margarita; fresh basil, tomatoes and roasted garlic or Tony's Special; pepperoni, Italian sausage & roasted garlic ~ mmm Delicious!
They also have pizza by the slice. This is indeed a real 'joint'. A small whole in the wall with simply the best pizza in the West. This place is family owned and operated by Tony, Julie & Gino. Great service from the friendly owners!
Indeed simply the best pizza. They are closed on Mondays.
